| Yes, it can be used as a product if customer’s requirements are met in terms of hardware peripherals, form factor and BOM price. Certifications and enclosure requirements have to be handled by customer. E-con can support for the same with nominal charges. |

| We have 30 Day money back Policy for the Sirius Reference platform kit. Customer can return the board with in Thirty days of the receipt and e-con will return the money after deducting transfer/shipping charges. In case of "malfunctioning of reference platform" against the specification we can provide a replacement for the same. |

| 1.What support comes with SIRIUS Reference platform Kit? |
| E-con Systems offers two (2) years of free support along with "SIRIUS" reference Kit, which essentially includes the support against any issues in the Delivered BSP, Drivers, functioning of the Hardware Peripheral etc. Technical support shall be restricted to the usage of the Sirius board as mentioned in the SW/HW user manual. Anything beyond that would be outside the scope of the free support. |

| 2. How can I download the latest BSP? |
| Customers register the products on our website and tech support team provides with the FTP login credentials for the customer to login on FTP server and download the required information. |

| 3. Are the source code files for device drivers available? |
| Most source code files are available. Please contact to request detailed information on the device drivers and source codes |

| 4. Do I need to pay for the BSP upgrade released by e-con Systems, if any? |
| For the BSP customers, any upgrade for the BSP for next 1 (One) year form the date of Delivery, shall be offered free of cost. BSP upgrade can be directly downloaded from the FTP using the login credentials provided at the time of purchase of development kit. |

| 18. How do I connect GPS/GPRS module to Sirius? |
| e-COMM - GPS/GPRS Module is available from e-con Systems and it communicates through full function UART and Bluetooth UART taken from PXA270 in Sirius. GPRS header gets connected to full function header of Sirius using 10 pin FRC cable. GPS header should be connected to BT UART of Sirius board through a two pin cable assembly. |

| NO, Casing is not available form e-conSystems, basically SIRIUS is not a product as such i.e. it is a development kit but if feature set and the form factor is suitable to customer’s need and customer intend to use the same as a product it is possible but customer need to get the enclosure of their own. E-con can recommend partner who can do the same. |
