Terms and conditions
All camera products shipped from e-con Systems starting September 1st 2021 shall be covered under the standard hardware warranty of 3 years (or 36 months) from the date of original invoice for material and manufacturing defects. Customized products shall have individual warranty terms and conditions.
In the event of a product becoming obsolete, e-con shall continue to support, repair, or replace it depending on the availability of spares. However, repair or replacement cannot be guaranteed.
To be eligible for warranty repair or replacement, the purchaser must notify e-con Systems within thirty (30) days of discovering any apparent defect. Before the purchaser returns a product for service or repair, he/she must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from e-con.
Any DOA(Dead on arrival) or Part received in damaged condition or physically damaged parts or Missing/Shortage of accessories should be informed to e-con within 3 Months from the date of invoice to claim any service or replacement under warranty
To notify e-con of an apparent defect in materials or to request an RMA number, please get in touch with us at techsupport@e-consystems.com
It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to comply with all the RMA instructions provided by e-con including but not limited to adequately packaging the product for shipment to e-con. The purchaser is also liable to bear all packaging and shipping costs associated with sending the product for repair. However, e-con shall be responsible for costs associated with shipping the product back to the purchaser post repairs and replacements.
e-con reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a returned product is covered under warranty. If e-con determines that any returned product is not covered, it shall return the product to the purchaser at their expense, or offer the purchaser the option of handling the product as a non-warranty return. Also, in no event shall e-con be liable to any party for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or accidental damages such as business interruption, loss of profits, revenue, data or bodily injury or death.

- Defective pixel that is typically observed in CMOS sensors

- The warranty does not apply if the serial number has been removed or damaged.
